Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to SyokNiaga — the POS, invoicing, e-invoice, stock, and storefront platform operated by SYSTEMMIZER SOLUTIONS. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of the business you register.

2. The service

Every paid plan (Pro, Plus, Business, and Business + MB add-ons) includes the same 12 modules. Plans differ by seats, registers, invoices per month, and database space, as published at syokniaga.com. The Free plan is contacts and invoicing only, with 50 MB. There is no onboarding or setup fee — the service is self-serve. We may improve or modify features; we will not materially reduce a paid module mid-term without notice.

3. Your account and tenancy

The first registered user becomes the owner. Each business gets an isolated database (named syokniaga_t_ plus its org id); your public slug is a claim, not proof of authority. You are responsible for your users, roles, and credentials — please enable 2FA.

4. Subscription and billing

Plans bill in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), monthly or yearly, plus SST where applicable, via ToyyibPay (card-on-file or FPX pay link on each renewal bill). Yearly billing is priced as 9.6 × the monthly figure (two months free). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Extra database space after Business is sold as the next Business + 100MB step (then + 200MB, and so on) at RM 25 per 100 MB per month, not as a fourth public plan. Failed payments follow the dunning flow in the Refund and Billing Policy.

5. Your data and space

You own your data. We claim no rights over your transactions, customer records, or inventory beyond what is needed to run the service. Photos, PDFs, and attachments live in your tenant database and count toward the megabyte cap. Writes that would grow the database past the cap may be refused until you free space or subscribe to the next step. You can export everything at any time; on closure we delete per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

6. E-invoice compliance

SyokNiaga submits to LHDN MyInvois on your instruction. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your TIN, tax codes, and documents, and for issuing credit notes where the law requires.

7. Acceptable use

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy — no fraud, spam, malware, or abuse of the e-invoice gateway.

8. Liability

To the extent Malaysian law allows, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.

9. Termination and law

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend a workspace for breach, fraud, or legal risk; non-payment is never a suspension — it follows the dunning flow in the Refund and Billing Policy (retries → read-only → Free downgrade), and data is never deleted over a failed payment. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes go to the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

10. Learning the product

There is no promised support window, first-response target, or paid onboarding session. Learn the flows from the public Demo shops (they reset every 3 hours and are not a live business) and SyokNiaga Academy inside the app. We try to help when we can — write to general@syokniaga.com — but we do not sell a support SLA.
