• Strictly necessary: session, CSRF token, load-balancer affinity, and (when you use a shop's customer portal) the portal session cookie — the app cannot work without these
• Preferences: language (BM/EN), theme, POS register choice
• First-party analytics: page and feature usage measured on our own infrastructure — no third-party ad or tracker cookies, ever

Tenant storefronts

Stores hosted at syokniaga.com/your-shop set their own necessary cookies for cart and checkout flows (DuitNow QR, FPX). Tenants are the data controllers for their own store visitors.

Managing cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents sign-in. The mobile and desktop apps use secure device storage, not browser cookies, for sessions.

We update this policy when our cookie use changes; the version and effective date at the top of this page always show the current text.
