What is in the app today
The main shop loops are live. We will not invent customer numbers or reviews we do not have.
Counter POS Cash, DuitNow, and card on the till, with 5-sen cash rounding. The till can queue a sale and sync when the line returns — try it before you depend on it for a busy day.
Invoices + LHDN MyInvois Quote → order → delivery → e-invoice queue. WhatsApp a share link — the customer pays FPX/card through your ToyyibPay. After LHDN validates a document, changes go through a credit note.
Stock ledger Goods in, production, and delivery post as append-only movements. A line that would go negative rejects the whole document — we would rather stop the post than invent stock.
Your public page syokniaga.com/your-shop as a landing page or a small store. Customer checkout uses your own ToyyibPay keys — money goes to your bank, not ours.
SST the way LHDN lists it ST-10, ST-5, SVT-8, SVT-6, EX resolve from the effective-dated table at issue date. Not SST-registered? EX is forced. We do not hardcode a rate.
Reports for the owner Sales, stock value, expenses, and cash from the same ledgers. Export when you need a pack for your tax agent.

Share a public link — no customer login. They see the same A4 sheet you printed. Connect your own ToyyibPay keys and the page shows Pay online (FPX / card). Money goes to your bank, not ours. We re-query the bill before marking it paid.
Until ToyyibPay and a Cash settlement account are on, the page still shows the invoice and the open balance. The Demo shop is in that state — try Share link on an issued invoice.

Open a structure and you get the graph — materials, nested finished goods, labour, scrap, and COGS against the selling price. Production snapshots that version. This is Karya Alu on the public Demo.
Markup chips on the inspector suggest a sell price from cost. Posted production keeps the version it ran — a later revise does not rewrite it.

Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
No. Sign up, start the 14-day Pro trial, and use the app. There is no setup SKU and no paid onboarding session.
Do paid plans lock features?
No. Pro, Plus, and Business include the same 12 modules — POS, invoices, stock, e-invoice, storefront, and the rest. You pay for seats, registers, invoices per month, and database space.
What is on the Free plan?
Contacts and invoicing, 2 seats, 50 invoices a month, and 50 MB. Paid modules unlock when you subscribe. Non-payment never deletes the workspace — it drops back to Free.
Is SyokNiaga ready for LHDN MyInvois?
Yes. The e-invoice queue is live — submit to MyInvois, amend a validated document with a credit note only, and file walk-in sales as a monthly consolidated e-invoice. Until you pay, submissions stay on the LHDN sandbox; we will not call those production-validated. Production filing unlocks after the first paid subscription.
Who owns my business data?
You do. Each business gets its own database (not shared). You can export CSV, e-invoice XML, and a PDPA pack at any time. We handle personal data under PDPA 2010.
How much data can I store?
Free includes 25 MB, Pro 100 MB, Plus 200 MB, Business 350 MB — in your own database. Photos, PDFs, and attachments live there too, so keep them light and focus on the ledgers if you want to stay inside the cap. After Business the next step is Business + 100MB (RM 25 / month per 100 MB), then + 200MB. We are new and still on limited infrastructure; we do not advertise unlimited storage. Export anytime if you leave.
How do I learn the app?
Open the Demo (four sample shops — they reset every 3 hours) and SyokNiaga Academy inside the app. Those are the operating reference. There is no promised support desk or reply clock. Write to general@syokniaga.com if something is missing; we try to help when we can.
What if the shop internet goes down?
The till is built to queue a sale and sync when the line returns. Please try that on the Demo or during the trial before you rely on it for a busy Saturday.
Can I migrate from Excel or another system?
CSV import wizards cover customers, the stock catalogue, opening stock, and price lists — each with a dry-run that shows problems before anything is saved.
How do my customers pay?
DuitNow, FPX, and cards through your own ToyyibPay account — money goes to your bank, not ours. WhatsApp or email a share link and they pay on the invoice. Cash sales follow 5-sen rounding.
What if I stop subscribing?
The account drops to Free — not suspended, not deleted. Contacts and invoicing stay usable; paid modules lock. Your data stays readable and exportable.
