Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful use only

Use SyokNiaga for real business: selling, invoicing, stock, and records. Do not use it for fraud, money laundering, unlicensed financial services, or to sell goods that are illegal in Malaysia.

No abuse

No spam or unsolicited marketing through email or any message channel we provide; no malware or phishing pages on storefronts; no scraping, probing, or load-testing the platform; no attempts to access another tenant's data. Do not use the tenant database as a general file host — keep photos and attachments to business records that fit the plan's megabyte cap.

E-invoice integrity

Submit only genuine transactions to LHDN MyInvois. Do not falsify TINs, tax codes, or document chains, and do not use validated invoices to disguise unrelated flows.

Security responsibilities

Keep credentials confidential, enable 2FA for staff, and tell us promptly at security@syokniaga.com if you suspect a compromise.

Enforcement

We may suspend workspaces that breach this policy, with notice where lawful and practical. Serious abuse is reported to the authorities. Appeals: legal@syokniaga.com.
