Apple App Store (iOS)

App Privacy nutrition labels: Contact Info (name, email) and a User ID are collected and linked to your account for sign-in; Purchase History is collected for subscription status; Crash Data and Performance Diagnostics are collected but not linked to your identity. We do not track you across other companies' apps and we serve no third-party advertising, so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown. Age rating: 4+. Account deletion is available in-app under Settings.

Google Play (Android)

Data safety form: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or newer), and you can request deletion of your account and data from Settings or via privacy@syokniaga.com. We collect name, email, user ID, app activity for sync status, and crash logs. No data is shared with third parties for advertising. Target audience: business users aged 18 and above. Content rating: Everyone.

Windows app (desktop)

Distributed as a code-signed MSIX/MSI from syokniaga.com and the Microsoft Store. Auto-updates follow your chosen release channel (stable or beta); a force-update floor may require a minimum version when e-invoice schemas change. The app caches working data locally for offline POS and syncs when back online; no background data collection runs while the app is closed.

All platforms

Camera access is used only for barcode and receipt scanning; file and contacts access only when you attach documents. Item and letterhead photos you upload are stored in your tenant database and count toward the plan's megabyte cap. The microphone is never used. Push notifications are limited to the order, stock, and e-invoice events you enable.
